Problem
During movie break there is less
time and big crowd at snak
counters. Some time its hard to tackale growd when you are at movie with your kid.

Solution
Design an app from where user can order snack online and can avail big crowd at the snack bar.

I have created user interviews and created reports/empathy maps then understand the user and their pain points. A primary user group was identified by user research was every people who go for movie and order snack during break time. Specially 18 + users.
Primarily it was for people who want to order online and want to skip ong que at snal bar. But during research we identified some people want to check prices before buying and its time taking when they go physically and check price list.

Low-Fidelity prototype connected the primary flow and screens to order snack online through app. So, the prototype can be used in Usability study with different users.

Another user study revealed user frustration with checkout flow and found that there was no option to add new credit or debit card info during checkout process. It is annoying for user to go to profile and add before make order.
In terms of accessibility there was no such feather to for the user who don’t want to use keyboard. So introduced speech to text feature to make searching easy by just speaking
